For Shopify stores & small businesses
Stop doing it by hand. Shopify, GoHighLevel & Google Ads automation for small business owners.
I run my own Shopify store, and I built the automations that keep it running. Stock sync, listing cleanup, lead follow-up, ad tracking. Now I set up the same things for other owners.
Based in Dayton, Ohio. Working with owners anywhere, remotely.
I work inside the tools you already use
- Shopify
- GoHighLevel
- Google Ads

What I fix
Not "digital transformation." The specific, repeat jobs that eat your week and lose you orders.
Selling stock you don't have
Supplier stock lives in a portal you check by hand. By the time you notice, the order is in and you're writing the cancellation email.
A catalog too big to keep clean
Hundreds of listings with missing specs, stale titles, wrong collections and leftover tags. Every fix is one product at a time.
Leads and ads you can't trust
Leads that wait a day for a reply, and ad spend you can't tie back to an actual sale.
Automations & workflows
Built from what runs in my own store and my clients' stores. I set them up around your tools, in your accounts.
- Inventory
Supplier stock sync
Pull stock from vendor portals on a schedule and update Shopify before a customer can buy something that's gone.
Checking portals every morning - Catalog
Stock-driven listings
Titles, collections and sales-channel visibility change on their own when stock changes. Pre-orders included.
Moving products by hand - Catalog
Specs & tag cleanup
Fill in product specs from rules you already know, like size by type and scale, and strip tags that shouldn't be there.
Editing 500 products one by one - Operations
Sheets to Shopify
Create draft orders in bulk from a Google Sheet, or move inventory between two Shopify stores in one step.
Typing orders twice - Leads
GoHighLevel follow-up
New leads get an answer fast, land in a pipeline, and get followed up until they say yes or no.
Leads going cold in an inbox - Ads
Google Ads & GA4
Campaigns and tracking set up so you can see which spend turns into orders and which doesn't.
Guessing what's working
Your friction tax
Plug in rough numbers. You'll get a 0–100 friction score and what lost orders and manual hours likely cost you each month. It all runs in your browser.

Fill in what you know on the left. Blanks count as zero.
Score weights are my own rule of thumb, not an industry standard. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere unless you submit the contact form.
Running right now
These aren't mockups. They're stores I run or work on, with the automations live today.

Owner to owner
I'm Alex. I run Racquet Point, my own Shopify store, so I've lived the cancelled orders and the late nights fixing listings. Every automation here started as a problem in my own business.
I also work with Vigilante Media (opens in a new tab), a digital marketing agency. I'm based in Dayton, Ohio and work with owners anywhere, remotely.

Questions owners ask
What can actually be automated in my business?
Anything you do the same way every week. Supplier stock updates, publishing or hiding listings, filling in product specs, fixing titles and tags, moving products between collections, creating draft orders from a spreadsheet, following up with new leads, and reporting on ad spend. If you can write the steps down, I can usually make them run on their own.
How much does it cost, and how do you scope a project?
It depends on the job, so I don't post a price list. We start with a short call where you walk me through the task. I tell you what I'd build, what it replaces, and a quote before any work starts. If it won't save you more than it costs, I'll say so.
Do I need to switch tools?
No. I build around what you already use: Shopify, GoHighLevel, Google Sheets, Google Ads, GA4 and your suppliers' portals. The point is less work for you, not a new system to learn.
Who owns the automations when you're done?
You do. They run in your accounts, and you get plain-English notes on what each one does and how to turn it off. You're not locked in to me.
How long does it take?
Small fixes can be live in days. A bigger build, like syncing stock from several supplier portals, takes longer. You'll get a timeline with the quote, and I start with the piece that saves you the most time first.
Do you only work with businesses in Dayton?
No. I work fully remotely with owners anywhere in the US. I'm based in Dayton, Ohio, so if you're local we can meet in person too, but it's never required.
